The Sunnah shows us how the Prophet ﷺ worshipped, spoke, ate, rested, treated people, and moved through everyday life. Choose one reminder. Learn the hadith behind it. Bring it into your life.
Meet people with a cheerful face.
Spread salam to those you know and those you do not know.
Feed people.
Choose gentleness. It beautifies what it enters.
Speak good, or remain silent.
Do not harm your neighbor.
Honor your guest.
Love for others what you love for yourself.
Do not give in to anger.
Make things easy for people, not difficult.
Give glad tidings. Do not drive people away.
Help your family at home.
Show affection and mercy to children.
Treat your mother with exceptional goodness.
Let beautiful character show most clearly at home.
Be especially good to your neighbors.
Visit the sick.
Accept even a small gift with appreciation.
Help people with what they need.
Relieve someone else's difficulty when you can.
Conceal the faults of others rather than exposing them.
Avoid suspicion, spying, envy, and hatred.
Remember that every good deed can be charity.
Say a good word. It is charity.
Remove something harmful from people's path.
Say Bismillah before eating.
Eat with your right hand.
Eat from what is nearest to you.
Do not criticize food.
Drink in three pauses rather than all at once.
Remember Allah when entering your home and when eating.
Say Alhamdulillah when you sneeze.
Say Yarhamuk Allah when someone sneezes and praises Allah.
Restrain a yawn as much as you can.
Make wudu before sleeping and lie on your right side.
Begin with the right side in honorable everyday actions.
Make Witr your final prayer of the night.
Choose small deeds you can keep doing consistently.
Eat suhoor. There is blessing in it.
Break your fast promptly when sunset arrives.
Take a ghusl before going to Jumuah.
Send abundant blessings upon the Prophet ﷺ on Friday.
Fast Mondays and Thursdays when you are able.
Fast the 13th, 14th, and 15th of the lunar month when you are able.
